It works by oxidizing the outer cell membrane of vegetative endospore, fungus and algae, and yeast and mold spore cells. The vast amount of oxygen released in this process helps relieve anaerobic conditions. In addition to the hydrogen peroxide, this proprietary formula contains stabilizers and buffers that counteract phytotoxicity allowing you to use PERpose Plus freely all over plant material and into the root zone without fear of damaging delicate plants. Similar products on the market contain peroxyacetic acid, which may cause damage (especially with continued use) to flower bracts and plant tissue. These peractic acid products can also produce a strong odor, which can be quite intense when growing inside. With odor-free PERpose Plus, your treatment won't run you out of your greenhouse.
